Return Eligibility & Guidelines 
 

Customers can request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met: 
 

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 
  • All tags, invoices, and packaging materials must remain intact. 

We recommend retaining the original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase, as it will make the return process easier. 
 

How to Initiate a Return 


To initiate a return, customers can choose from the following methods: 
 

  • Email Request: Send an email to curatedchoice6@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order with your return request. Our support team will assist you throughout the return process. 
  • Online Submission: Log in to your account on our website, go to the returns section, and follow the steps to submit your request. 

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and provide you with the necessary instructions to ensure a smooth return. 
 

Refund Policy & Processing Time 


Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
 

Refunds are only applicable to products that meet our return requirements. Items showing signs of damage, use, or misuse will not be refunded. 
 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items 
 

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, safety, or product integrity concerns. These include: 
 

  • Innerwear & Lingerie: Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted. 
  • Swimwear & Activewear: These items, which come into direct contact with the skin, cannot be returned. 
  • Customized & Personalized Products: Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund. 
  • Clearance & Sale Items: Products purchased at a discount or during a clearance sale are final and non-returnable.
